What is the Review Management Service?

I install and maintain an email review-request workflow inside HighLevel. It uses a verified Google review link and a neutral invitation, and it includes permission checks, opt-out handling, suppression, duplicate prevention, and stop rules.

When does billing start, and when does installation start?

Billing is $297/month and the first paid month is collected at signing. Installation is included, and the target install window is 3–5 business days after onboarding is complete, working delegated access is in place, and the agreed customer-source/permission setup is ready. Payment alone does not start the installation clock.

Where do “eligible customers” come from?

The workflow needs a reliable source of completed services (or completed jobs) plus the permission details required to send email. When there isn’t a dependable event source available, I can run the system from a secure weekly client CSV that includes completed services and the relevant permission records.

Do you filter out unhappy customers, offer incentives, or write responses?

No. The invitation is neutral and it’s sent based on eligibility/permission rules — not satisfaction screening. I also don’t write or post review responses, remove negative reviews, guarantee review publication, or promise a specific review count.

Can I keep the review service without buying the full package — and can I upgrade later?

Yes. The Review Management Service is a standalone purchase. If you want the Online Growth Package later, you can buy it directly for $997 upfront + $297/month (monthly begins 30 days after the upfront payment for direct buyers). Existing review-service clients can also request an optional upgrade for $997 once via an addendum — your existing $297/month continues on the same billing date and expands in scope (you are not charged two monthly $297 fees). How do cancellations work?

The service is month-to-month. An authorized cancellation request received at [email protected] before the next scheduled charge stops that renewal, and service continues through the paid period. Detailed terms are provided for review before purchase.
